Change of mind return

Unfortunately we do not accept product returns if you change your mind. Please be careful when selecting your products.

Faulty/Damaged item

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email customer care at info@formulakskincare.com.au with a photo/video and a detailed description of the product fault.

Incorrect item/s received

If you have received an item that you have not ordered, please email us at info@formulakskincare.com.au within 5 days of receiving the item with a photo of the product/s you have received as well as your order number and postage box.
Please do not open or dispose of the item/s until we have been in contact with you.

Allergy return

If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please contact customer care at info@formulakskincare.com.au include photos and/or videos of the skin that you believe has had an adverse reaction.  Please discontinue use. Please keep the product for our investigations. Please note that all allergy returns must have more than 20% of product still remaining upon arrival back to Formula K Skincare.
