Flat rate shipping for all orders at customers cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship to countries outside of Australia. If you would like to purchase but live in a country other than Australia please email info@formulakskincare.com.au to express your interest.  

COVID-19 DOMESTIC DELAYS

Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee of next day delivery. Express Post is still available but orders may not be delivered next business day every time. For more information visit the Australia Post Coronavirus Domestic updates page.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT EDITING MY CURRENT ORDER?

If you have made an error with your order, please reach out to info@formulakskincare.com.au straight away to see if we can change your order before it is shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they have been shipped.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number. If your package is taking longer than anticipated, please call your local Post Office just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please email info@formulakskincare.com.au.
